Why does screen recording playback speed-up or fast-forward sometimes?

The replay player has a feature called "Skip inactive" which fast-forwards through periods when the shopper was inactive (i.e., no mouse or keyboard input from the shopper.)

To disable this feature, please disable the toggle labeled "Skip inactive" in the player bar.
