Why can't I see shoppers on the Checkout pages?

Shopify Checkout is a secure environment, and 3rd party apps like Propel Replays are prevented from running during Checkout. This helps to ensure the security of your customer's payment information.

Propel Replays will run on the Thank You page after Checkout enabling you to view how shoppers react to any post-purchase upsell offers you may be running.
