I'm using a cash-on-delivery app. Why aren't my add-to-carts and placed orders being tracked?


Propel Replays is currently not compatible with cash-on-delivery (COD) apps.

Propel's add-to-cart tracking monitors changes in the shopper's cart, whereas COD apps bypass the shopping cart.

In order to track placed orders, Propel integrates with your shop's "thank you" page, while COD apps bypass the regular checkout process.

Currently, there is no workaround for this issue as Propel is tightly integrated with both Shopify checkout and Shopify's shopping cart.
