Why do some of my replays have no user movement after a while?

This is a common issue with replays recorded in FB and Instagram's in-app browsers.

FB and Instagram’s in-app browsers often keep your shop's page “alive” for a while even after the shopper dismisses it and closes the browser. The result is replays with user movement followed by several minutes of no user movement or activity.  

In the future, we'll be modifying Propel Replays to stop recording of replays when we no longer detect user movement for a set period of time.
