Why aren't visits to my custom landing pages being recorded?

Shopify automatically inserts Propel Replay's recording code into your storefront via an app embed.

Landing page builders like Optimizely, Replo, Gem Pages and others create landing pages that run outside of Shopify's theme system. As a result, Shopify isn't able to automatically insert app embeds (like Propel Replay's) into your landing pages.

Some landing page builders provide a "pass through" block to allow app embed code to get included in landing pages.
