Why do some of my replays appear zoomed in?

Rest assured that this most likely did not happen to your visitor during their session on your shop.

This issue can occasionally affect replays when the visitor arrives on your shop using Instagram's internal web browser. There appears to be a compatibility issue that causes the third party recording library Propel Replays uses to misreport the size of the visitor's screen.

At this time we don't have a solution, but our team is aiming to create a workaround in a future update.
