Why am I receiving orders without booking information?

If you're receiving orders without booking information, there are a couple possible causes:

  1. Propel Appointments is not enabled in your theme or your theme might require some custom installation help from our team. Please double check your product page and confirm that the booking button and popup are appearing. If they're not appearing, please contact support@propelcommerce.io for assistance.
  2. Propel Appointments currently only works on product pages. If your shop allows shoppers to add to cart from collection pages, quickviews, related product boxes, etc, these areas will not trigger our booking popup, and products will be added to cart without booking information. To prevent this from happening, please disable add to carts from these areas of your shop.
